Shipping Policy


Our goal in MG Best Deals is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 19–62 business days. US orders usually shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 24 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Shipping time to Canada it's about 30-62 Days.

Domestic Shipping

 

Orders placed with a free shipping code will be processed with free shipping/first class shipping. Free shipping discount codes exclude express shipping times.

Our shipping distribution center does not ship on weekends or holidays.  While we do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Shop MG Best Deals is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or USPS lost packages.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping service selected.

Orders placed over $50 in the US will not be charged the standard shipping fee. This waiver of domestic shipping cost for orders over $50 are not applicable for orders shipped outside the US. Free shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes, gift cards, coupons, and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping total.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict what these additional charges will be as it depends on the laws applicable in the destination country. If additional charges are due, they must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. Our shipping distribution center does not ship on weekends or Holidays.  While we do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Shop Gracie cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs withholding packages, or USPS lost packages. 

My package has been lost. What do I do?

Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.

If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. 

International Orders:
If your package is lost please contact your local customs office. 

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.      Paypal
